Professional Experience:
Over 32 years of experience in real estate lending and real estate sales/investments. A very strong understanding of almost all facets of mortgage lending and real estate transactions. He previously owned a mortgage firm that provided clients with residential, multifamily and commercial loans. Mr. Lee was also a part of the management team for a privately held mortgage banking firm (Home Loan Center) that was eventually purchased by Lending Tree in 2005. The last 15 years have been spent focusing on guiding his clients through the transitions of an ever changing investment real estate market.
Real Estate Industry Experience:
Mr. Lee is also currently a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System MLO instructor for Real Estate Trainers in Anaheim, CA. Responsible for instructing potential mortgage loan originators on the laws and regulations related to residential mortgage lending in the pose Dodd Frank environment. Highly experienced speaking in front of industry professionals and the public dating back three decades when he taught the FNMA Community Homebuyers course at the Huntington Beach Board of Realtors in 1989.
